Date of Delivery

Our priority is to deliver your items in 1-2 business days after the placement of your order. 

Yet, the delivery guarantee will take effect if the courier cannot find your shipment and provide you with an estimated date of delivery.

The Shipping Process

Our repositories are situated abroad.

We dispatch every order using express shipping providers like FedEx and DHL.

Because the entire delivery procedure can be tracked, clients may easily receive their packages at their home.

If you are incapable of receiving the order, you can leave a note on the door directing delivery to a neighbor who can accept and sign the package on your behalf.

If no one is there to accept the delivery, the courier will leave a note with the shipment number and a phone number for future arrangements

We never deliver to Post office boxes. 

Notifications You’ll Get

A copy of your comprehensive invoice and a notification recognizing receipt of your order will be sent to you at the time of initial placement.

If you do not receive any notification, your order is not registered.  As a result, it cannot be transported or processed.

If the Delivery Is Delayed?

The full price of your order will be returned to you immediately, or you will receive a new shipment. We will swiftly address any issues if your order does not arrive or if the package cannot be located.

We will provide you with the courier’s tracking number and instructions on how to use it to monitor the progress of your package if you email us to report a delivery that takes longer than the estimated time on the shipping notice.

When to Expect the delivery: 

An email containing the following details will be sent to you:

  • The tracking information.
  • The day your order was shipped.
  • The estimated date of delivery.

Note: Delivery often takes less than one to two business days.

If Any Damage or Defect Exists

If any product damage is discovered, get in touch with us within three days of the shipment’s arrival.
