Our Return Rules: 30-day return policy starting on the date of delivery:
Our goal is to provide our customers with the newest, most inventive, and most faultless products. Nevertheless, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to start the return/exchange process through our special return portal if the product does not fit or meet your expectations or arrives damaged. Starting from the day you got the parcel.
Following are the conditions that will help you to get the product return or exchange if any of these are not pursued, your return process will be nullified.

Product Return:
Returning the item for a refund or exchange is the customer’s obligation. The cost of return shipping must be covered by the purchaser.
Restock Fees: Items returned are not subject to restocking fees.

Refund Time
After the customer returns the item and provides the return shipping tracking number, the refund will be started within two working days.
Make sure the product is unworn and has all of its tags on before starting a return. Before approving the item, our return processing staff will inspect it. (Customer-caused damage or worn goods will not be eligible for a refund.)
Report: Please notify us within three days of discovering any discrepancies, flaws, or damage that might have happened during transit so that we can address the matter.

Concerning Inaccurate Sizes
Within three days following the delivery of the item you ordered, ask the customer support staff for a size change.
If the size of the jacket does not match the one you ordered, you will receive a refund or exchange if you email us a few pictures of the item within three days.
After 24 hours of placing your order, you are not allowed any modification to the product, color, or measurement.

Cancelling an Order
If you cancel the order within three days after confirmation. A direct or flat deduction of 25% from the total amount of the items you ordered will be made.
Nevertheless, if the order is canceled within seven or eight days after order confirmation, 45% of the total value of the ordered item will be deducted.
Orders cannot be canceled after seven days of order confirmation.

Defective Product
If a product is damaged in transit, send us pictures of the item through the provided email along with a description of the damage as soon as possible after you receive it.

Bought with Credit Card
If you would like to cancel the credit card purchase, you must email the seller within 48 hours of placing your order.
A $10 fee will be applied if the customer wants to cancel or get a refund after placing the order.

Late Delivery
If the delivery is delayed for more than 29 working days after the order, customer, and payment gateway confirmations. There is the possibility of refunds.
Additionally, you can ask us for an order tracking code if the package shipped via express does not arrive within six working days. The full refund, including the shipping costs, will be initiated if we are unable to verify that the shipment was actually sent to you.
